We invite you to join us on Sunday, July 27th at 12:15 p.m. in the Gym to experience some of the initiatives of the ServeGlobal ministry that are taking place on the continent of Africa.
Missionaries and representatives from ministries like World Serve, World Vision, Sports Friends, ACFI and many others will be on hand to share photos and stories of their work in Africa.
In addition, short-term mission teams will be on hand to share about their experiences in Cameroon, Ethiopia and Malawi. Children will have the opportunity to create crafts to send to kids in orphanages in Liberia and a school in Malawi, and families will be able to write letters and draw pictures for sponsored children in Ethiopia. There will also be an opportunity to assemble kits to send to caregivers who care for people affected by AIDS.
We’ll enjoy music sung by a Liberian choir and a free lunch of American and African food.
This event is free, but please register online by clicking here so we can prepare enough food.
