Sunday Adult Fellowship
Our Sunday Adult Fellowship classes are the natural, first-step connection into the Church at Charlotte community. We offer a variety of classes for all adults on Sunday mornings. These classes are offered during both the 9:30 and 11:00 worship services in the Worship Center. Each class is unique and offers an opportunity for adults to study the Bible together as well as grow spiritually in a welcoming environment.
Here are all of the classes offered on Sunday mornings:
9:30 a.m. Classes
Omegas
Meets in W1
Omegas is open to all adults in their 60s and above and is a class that offers Bible Study and fellowship in a relaxed setting. The Omegas focus on Bible teaching, group discussions, prayer time as well as social time. The class also hosts monthly pot luck dinners, and all are welcome - even if you don’t attend Sunday school!
LinC
Meets in W3
LinC stands for “Living in Community” and the goal is, through the study of God’s Word, to learn God’s will, to share His love in community with one another and to provide a place to connect with others. A typical class includes Biblical teaching, group discussion and a fellowship time to get to know others. This class also offers opportunities to connect beyond Sunday mornings.
Two&One
Meets in W2
Two&One is designed for couples who want to develop a strong Biblical foundation in the early years of their marriage. This interactive class provides an opportunity for couples to meet others in the same life stage.
11:00 a.m. Classes
The Journey
Meets in W2 and W3
Made up of people from all walks of life, The Journey is a Sunday morning fellowship that encourages community and provides interactive Biblical teaching. Whether it’s a Women’s Brunch, the occasional cookout, or an evening at Knight’s Stadium for Dads and Lads, The Journey looks for ways to experience fellowship among believers. Furthermore, there is always time to catch up over a quick cup of coffee prior to class or by attending the monthly lunch at South Park Mall.
Interactive Biblical teaching is provided by several teachers on an alternating schedule that usually focuses on a chosen book of the Bible for a specific length of time. We would love to see you there. Class starts at 11:00, but come early for coffee and snacks.
Lost and Found
Meets in W1
Lost and Found is very interactive class centered on Biblical teaching. The class occasionally focuses on topics, though studying specific passages of Scripture is more common. We encourage you to come a little early to enjoy refreshments and an opportunity to chat with folks before class begins.
